• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance
• This helps us offer the slot to another client
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time may be considered a late cancellation

A no-show means you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not inform us beforehand.
• Repeated no-shows may result in advance payment being required for future bookings
For certain services such as bridal makeup, party makeup or packages, an advance booking fee may be required.
• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellation or no-show
• If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the advance may be adjusted against the new appointment (subject to availability)
We always strive to deliver the best results. However:
• Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable
• Results may vary depending on skin, hair and individual conditions
• If you have any concerns, please inform us immediately after the service — we will do our best to assist you
Refunds are not provided for:
✔ services already taken
✔ change of mind after service
✔ dissatisfaction due to undisclosed allergies or conditions
✔ third-party service comparisons
Beauty products purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective at the time of purchase.
• Course fees or registration charges are non-refundable once paid
• Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability
Clients are responsible for informing us of:

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

No refunds apply where service refusal is due to client misconduct.
