By booking an appointment or enrolling in a course at Sri Aara Salon & Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• All appointments are subject to availability
• Service duration and results may vary depending on skin, hair and individual conditions
• Customers must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the service begins
• Misbehaviour, harassment or abusive conduct towards staff will not be tolerated
• Sri Aara Salon & Academy reserves the right to refuse service where necessary
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Final charges depend on the services selected
• Payments must be made at the time of service
• We accept cash, UPI and approved digital payments
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance
• No-show or last-minute cancellations may be chargeable
• Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable
• Packages and offers are non-transferable
• While we take great care during all services, Sri Aara Salon & Academy is not responsible for allergic reactions or side effects resulting from products or treatments if medical/skin history is not disclosed
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings inside the salon

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
